Sharun Philip, M.Ed., LPC-
Associate
Therapist

Sharun Philip is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with experience providing counseling and behavioral health services in school-based, outpatient, and community settings. She earned her Master of Education in Professional Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Her background helps her support clients across different stages of development while creating a therapeutic environment centered on trust, understanding, and individualized care.

Sharun especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. She understands that seeking help can feel overwhelming. She works to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves.

Her counseling approach is collaborative and individualized. Sharun recognizes that each client brings different experiences, strengths, needs, and goals to therapy. She uses evidence-based approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She adapts treatment to meet each client where they are.

Sharun also recognizes that a young person’s well-being can extend beyond the therapy room. When appropriate, she works with families, schools, and other members of a client’s support system to create greater continuity and support. Her approach aligns with Impireum’s focus on building trust, coordinating care, and helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Above all, Sharun believes in building genuine therapeutic relationships and giving clients practical skills they can use in everyday life. Her goal is to help each client build confidence, develop healthier ways to navigate challenges, and feel empowered as they work toward meaningful growth and positive change.
