Shaherbano Shah serves as a NeuroWellness Coordinator at Impireum, bringing more than four years of healthcare experience across behavioral health, medical assisting, pharmacy, fertility care, and laboratory services. Her background combines direct patient care, clinical coordination, EHR documentation, medication workflows, and patient education, providing a strong foundation for supporting Impireum’s integrated NeuroWellness services.
As a NeuroWellness Coordinator, Shaherbano helps guide patients through services such as neurofeedback, qEEG assessment, ADHD testing, Spravato® treatment, EMDR, and other behavioral health programs. She supports patient onboarding, scheduling and care coordination, clinical workflow, documentation, patient education, and communication between patients and the clinical team. Her role helps ensure that each patient moves through the NeuroWellness experience in an organized, informed, and patient-centered manner.
Shaherbano earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, completing her undergraduate studies with a pre-medical focus as she prepares for her long-term goal of attending medical school. Her psychology education, interest in medicine, and hands-on clinical experience directly complement her work at Impireum by strengthening her understanding of behavioral health, patient care, and multidisciplinary treatment.
Her previous experience includes supporting patients with autism spectrum disorder, assisting physicians with clinical procedures, coordinating high-volume cardiology workflows, performing venipuncture and specimen collection, and working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
At Impireum, Shaherbano combines her clinical experience and future medical aspirations with a clear focus on helping patients successfully navigate their NeuroWellness care. Her role supports Impireum’s commitment to connecting behavioral health, technology, and coordinated care to improve the overall patient experience.
