Psychiatrist (Contractor/1099) with TMS and Neurofeedback Experience

Overview:

We are seeking a licensed psychiatrist with experience in TMS and Neurofeedback to join our team as a contractor/1099 provider, providing mental health services to patients in the Houston Metro Area and through telehealth services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating mental illnesses, as well as experience in providing TMS and Neurofeedback services or willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat mental illnesses in patients of all ages
Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management, therapy, TMS, and Neurofeedback
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients
Provide services both in-person and through telehealth services
Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as needed
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and comply with all relevant medical and ethical standards

Requirements:

MD orDO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
Active medical license in the state of Texas
DEA registration
Experience in providing TMS and Neurofeedback services
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Access to reliable transportation for in-person appointments
Access to a secure and private location for telehealth appointments
