Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Downgrades can be processed after your initial 6-month commitment period.
Credits expire monthly for Essential and Premium members. Elite and Platinum members can bank up to 2 months of credits.
Credits can be applied to any Impireum service including psychiatric care, therapy, aesthetic treatments, IV therapy, and wellness services.
Memberships require a 6-month initial commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees apply.
