Dr. Nadia A. McFarlane, MD, is a distinguished psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent mental health. With a degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Dr. McFarlane brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. She completed her residency in general psychiatry at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the esteemed Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Currently serving as an attending psychiatrist at Westpark Springs Hospital, she also directs the child and adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Dr. McFarlane is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for a range of mental health disorders, including ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. Her collaborative approach with local clinics ensures that families receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

Dr. Nadia McFarlane, MD, specializes in inpatient pediatric psychiatric care at Pediatricz Now. She primarily serves patients in the hospital’s inpatient unit on Peek Rd, and also offers Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services at their Changes facility.
Holly O’Berry is Impireum’s Practice Manager with extensive experience in Behavioral Health operations and customer care, including her previous role as Director of an intellectually disabled facility managing a patient load of 60. Renowned for her expertise in developing effective care management plans, Holly excels in customer service, communication, and supporting clinical staff, emphasizing clear and plain language to ensure accurate dissemination of information. Her dedication to educational engagement keeps her informed about evolving practices, while her passion for effective communication and commitment to excellence establish her as a reputable figure in patient advocacy and service experience.

For those patients where their insurance carriers do not cover mental health services may apply for affordable financing through our partner AdvancedCare for procedures and treatment plans.
