Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas, where she graduated with a 3.9 GPA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from Post University. She adheres to the ACA Code of Ethics and HIPAA compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care for her clients.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked with a variety of populations, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, foster youth, and those experiencing trauma, addiction, and severe mental health conditions. Her professional roles have included Career Coach, and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) Supervisor,, where she provided case management, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to clients of all ages.

Jessica’s expertise extends to trauma-informed care, career counseling, and play therapy. As a Counseling Intern at Gracewood, she provided individual counseling to women and children and used creative approaches to engage young clients. Additionally, as Lead Psychiatric Technician at West Oaks Hospital, she specialized in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment in high-pressure settings. 

Beyond her clinical work, Jessica is an advocate for mental health awareness. She is the coordinator of Grace2Fight, a mental health blog and outreach initiative aimed at reducing stigma and increasing community engagement. She has also volunteered with organizations such as NAMI, P.E.A.C.E, Santa Maria Hostel, and Volunteers of America, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting those in need.
